Booking & Payment

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made within 24 hours before the scheduled pickup will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
• No-show at pickup time may be treated as a cancellation and may be non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy. Eligible refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Liability

UPT CAB SERVICE is not responsible for any damage, delay, or loss caused by unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, strikes, public disturbances, or regulatory checks.

Driver Conduct

Drivers represent UPT CAB SERVICE and are expected to behave professionally, follow road safety norms, and comply with applicable laws.

Customer Conduct

Customers must behave respectfully towards drivers and other passengers, avoid prohibited items/activities, and follow reasonable instructions for safety.

UPT CAB SERVICE operates in All India. Specific route availability may vary by city or season.

Pricing

Prices are dynamic and subject to change without prior notice. Final fares are displayed at the time of booking and in the booking confirmation.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the Laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within your local jurisdiction.
